JUNE 19: Arrive in Lima cusco upon arrival in Lima you will be
met by our Transfer representative and route to your connection flight
into the Historical capital of Peru Cusco the afternoon is free for
relaxing in the City and acclimatising to the altitude.
JUNE 20: Cusco During the morning, you will have a free time and
in the afternoon at 14:00pm we are goin to do the city tours
Shared Service (oftional if you want in private group) Cusco including
the Cathedral, Qoricancha well know us “Temple of the Sun”, the Inca
fortress of Sacsayhuaman overlooking Cusco, Qenko and Puka Pukara.
Tambomachay Return to the hotel.
JUNE 21: SACRED VALLEY Full day sightseeing tour visiting the
typical indian market at Pisac, and the Inca site just outside town.
After Pisac, we`ll travel down the Sacred valley of the Incas, where we
are goin to stop in urubanba for lunch and visit the fascinating Inca
fortress of Ollantaytambo and the Inca site of Chincheros.
And market
We'll return to Cusco in the afternoon.
JUNE 22: Full-day excursion to Machu Picchu AM: Duration: 06.30am
- 08.30pm The day starts with an early morning rise to transfer to Cusco
train station for a four- hour train journey to the famous Inca Citadel
of Machu Picchu, also known as "The Lost City of the Incas". Arrive at
Aguas Calientes station followed by a 30-minute bus drive, climbing 6km
of winding road, to the incredible Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, we´ll
participate in a guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Plaza,
the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Dial, the Royal Quarters, the Temple
of the Three Windows and various burial grounds. After the tour you will
have time to stroll around the archeological site at your leisure. Back
to Cusco by train in the afternoon, transfer to the Hotel.
JUNE 23: Free day for you been in Cusco and you can see the
famous paired that is starting 10:00am until late in the evening
where you are going to see many nice typical dresses and dances of
Cusco region because on 24th of June is the anniversary of Cusco too.
JUNE 24: Inti Raymi
With a guide, you will attend the impressive festival of Inti Raymi at
the Sacsayhuaman esplanade and experience for yourself this ritual,
celebrated since the Incan times. This is the central act of
celebrations in Cusco during this month evoking the ostentatious
religious ceremonies of the Inca Empire. The event begins in the
Qoricancha, continuing to the Main Square of the city and ending at the
esplanade of Sacsayhuaman. The central and most important character is
the Inca. When the ceremony ends, the presentation of folkloric groups
begins.
