Our full day tour start with the visit to Pachacamac,
which is the most important Incas administrative and
religious center in the coast.
It is located near Lima,
at 19.26 miles (31 km). Pachacamac is an archaeological
enclosure whose constructions conserve the mysticism and
religiosity of their past.
When traveling this
sanctuary, where hundred of years ago the natives
surrendered cult to the sun and to the Earth, one can
feel the magic attraction of a place that will always be
sacred, The investigations presume that this place was
inhabited since the year 200 up to 1533.
Pre-Inca constructions stand out the "Templo Pintado"
(colored temple) and the "Templo Viejo" (old
temple), built with small adobes and pyramids with
the Inca conquest they built next to them the "Templo
del Inti" (Temple of sun) and an "acllahuasi"
house prepared for the chosen girls.
